3. Have to give positive feedback as well. I enjoy shopping at this store. Staff has always been friendly. Manager is out on the floor working with her staff which shows to them she cares.
2. Worse pharmacy ever!! Slow, lacking customer service skills. Bassett pharmacy is doing it right. I have not had any issues with them.

I have only stopped in here while traveling. The restroom and shopping options from point A to B on my trips are very limited, so I was happy to come across this store the first time. I have only been here twice and have never used the pharmacy or looked at clothes or home items. I just use the restroom and pick up a few snacks and things. The restrooms are fairly clean, so that is a big plus. The products I pick up are not usually on sale and things are not usually way on sale here. I needed mouthwash and it was kind of expensive, but happy they had a nice selection. For my needs, it is a good little store.
Worst pharmacy ever. You'll get an automatic call saying your prescription is ready then to find out that the pharmacist hasn't even started on it or even lost it. Then having problems with insurance cards working. Bassett delivers, use them.
1. Parking lot is horrible. No stripping for parking. There are No Handicap parking spaces designated. So people just park in front of the building where should only be for emergency vehicles.
Overpriced goods. If you're going to spend much, it's better to go out of town. Pharmacy is terrible, a good chunk of their customers elected to start using a pharmacy 20 miles away because this pharmacy is so terrible. We avoid this store unless we have no choice but to visit.
Pharmacy is one of the worst I've seen. Prescription drugs are seldom ready for you. Usually 10 - 12 people waiting for over an hour. Place is understaffed and tend to act like no one is there. I've seen too many cases where the Rx was wrong, and Pharmacist even told one person to go ahead and use it as "it shouldn't hurt you"!
